Caratteristiche: 11 appartamenti romantici al primo, secondo e quarto piano dell'edificio storico (con ascensore) - 2 studi piccoli per 1 persona, 9 appartamenti per 2-4 persone

Camere ed arredamento: In ogni appartamento c'è un letto doppio ed in prevalenza un divano letto allungabile o poltrona, SAT TV, CD, cassaforte, ferro ed asse da stiro, cucina completamente attrezzata / sala da pranzo (fornello, forno a microonde, frigorifero, bollitore per l'acqua, tostapane, i piatti), bagno (angolo con doccia, WC, asciugacapelli)

Servizi: Colazione (100,-CZK/giorno/persona), la pulizia prima dell'arrivo, alla partenza e ai soggiorni piu lunghi di 4 notti durante il soggiorno (1x dopo ogni 3-4 notti) gratuita, lettino, nollegio del cellulare gratuito, acquisto degli alimentari, 10% sconto per visita del ristorante Puškin, dove viene servita la colazione

Vicinanza: Negozio con alimentari 300 m, casa commerciale 300 m, ristorante, caffè, panificio, parcheggio custodito a 200 m nel garage di Rudolfinum

Appunto: Non si tratta di un albergo – comunque i nostri appartamenti offrono sistemazione allo standardo di un albergo a 3 stelle, inoltre offrono più spazio e comodità ad un prezzo raggionevole. Il nostro ufficio sulla via Italská 31 (a 20 minuti con metro e tram, a 10 minuti con macchina) sostituisce la reception

Commento: The apartment is nicely situated between the Old Town Square, Wenscelaus Square, the Charles Bridge, and city transit. The grocery store is close as is a bakery, cafes, and more formal dining. The apartment itself was larger that we expected and the bed proved quite comfortable. The internet service was available after working with the front desk (there is a wireless hub in each room, and you should check that the wireless icon is flashing to confirm availability). The view of the rooftops was gorgeous, and we were not disturbed by street noise - this was the winter, so no windows were open. We were very satisfied with our experience with Mary's as well -- the first place we looked at was taken, and Mary's responded within a day to offer an alternative and further adjusted our time to respond, accounting for the 7hour time difference. They were friendly and honest in our interactions. Even when there was a hiccup with the tranfer from the apartment to the airport, they took the initiative to call a taxi for us which showed up in under 2 minutes. All in all we were very happy with the apartment and with our experience with Mary's, and recommend this service and location to anyone without reservation. (Tradurre)

Commento: Всё отлично - изумительные апартаменты с кухонькой, душем, феном и даже утюгом; за углом Староместская площадь! Но!!! Комната раполагалась на втором этаже, окна выходили прямо на оживлённую улицу. Во время нашего путешествия было довольно жарко, поэтому на ночь окна оставляли открытыми. Заснуть под радостные громкие возгласы туристов (обалдевших от счастья и от великолепного чешского пива)не представлялось возможным - в Праге народные гуляния, как правило, продолжаются почти всю ночь. Тем не менее, этот пустяк нисколько не испортил нам впечатлений от поездки. Мы спасались ватными шариками, которые запихивали в уши. Иидеальный вариант в такой ситуации - беруши. Поэтому не забудьте взять их с собой. :)) А вот если бы в номерах стояли стеклопакеты и был кондиционер!!! Ну, или хотя бы вентиляция... Тогда и окошки не пришлось бы открывать. И еще мы не знали куда девать мусор. Горничная за 5 дней ни разу к нам не пришла. Да нет, мы не обиделись, может так и надо, но тогда для блондинистых туристок необходимо разъяснение: куда всё ненужное выкидывать и по каким дням недели. Но всё равно нам очень понравилось, когда снова захотим в Прагу - обязательно поедем на Husova,14!!! (Tradurre)

Cancellation policies

All cancellations or reservation changes must be done in written form. If the cancellation fees are lower than the deposit the difference will be paid/credited back to the client. Individual cancellation policies apply for group reservations (more than 11 people).
Unless the below listed cancellation conditions apply, Mary’s Travel Agency reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 300 CZK for individual reservations or a 5% fee of the confirmed services (for group reservations for more than 11 people).
