 Commento: Просто общежитие. Просто, скромно, достаточно чисто. Несмотря на наличие прямого транспорта (как обычного, так и ночного) от вокзала, всё же немного далековато (две транспортные зоны) и сам по себе район находится несколько обособленно от города. Если сравнивать с другими вариантами расселения, которые у нас были, цена несколько завышена.
