Questi appartamenti e studios hanno quindi un`ottima positura fra due stazioni di sotterranea Astoria e Piazza Deak ed è molto comfortabile a raggiungere tutti importanti monumenti storici ugualmente ad attrazioni turistiche.
Tutti appartamenti e studios sono complettamente arredati con cura e i loro interiori accoglienti e comfortabili portano ai clienti un`impressione di intimitá familiare.
Appartamenti sono composti di stanza da letto, salotto, una cuccina completamente arredata con forno elettrico, forno microonda, frigorifero, macchina espresso, bollitore elettrico, toaster, posate, stoviglie etc.
Studios consistono un letto matrimoniale con un divano allungabile o letto singolo, cuccina completamente arredata, bagno con vasca od angolo doccia.
Qualcuni appartamenti e studios hanno anche un balcone volto verso il giardinetto interiore.

Apartment lacks attention to basic detail eg. curtains don't fit. Quite basic.

 Commento: Серьезные проблемы с канализацией - плохо работает водосток из раковины и ванной. Необходимо отрегулировать отопление - часть батарей еле греют. Было бы неплохо установить вешалку для одежды в прихожей и стойку для обуви. Общее впечатление - аппартаменты класса 3***+. Пять минут пешком до центра города, в округе полно кафе и минимаркетов. Район тихий.
