La capacitá totale é 72 persone, 12 appartamenti hanno proprio balcone, 1 appartamento ha propria terrazza. La colazione viene servita nel bar dell´ albergo. La reception per 24 ore, l´ascensore, la cassaforte, fax, connessione internet, hotel bar, tutte le entrate sono senza barriere.
