 Commento: Were initially sent to a lower standad room than booked. Once brought to the Managers attention, it was rectified immediately and courteously. Very impressed. I judge a hotel by how they handle it when things go wrong as they occasionally do and this hotel was first class. Nice breakfasts too!

All cancellations or reservation changes must be done in written form. If the cancellation fees are lower than the deposit the difference will be paid/credited back to the client. Individual cancellation policies apply for group reservations (more than 11 people).
