From that time the streets are decorated with colorful lights, the beautiful gift shop windows call for customers more than ever, Christmas markets open up and Christmas trees dominate on every larger square. This magical Christmas time in Prague holds till the end of December, until the New Years Eve.

Mercato natale di Praga
Mercati natali sono tipici per questo periodo del´anno,come birrá é tipico per Cechi:-) Mercati cominciano 4 settimane prima di Natale (December 24th), cosí dal Decembre 3 e sono aperti giornaliero.
Mercati natali sono a sequenti luoghi:
- Piazza della Cittá Vecchia – mercato natale centrale,il piú grande, il piú bello.
- Piazza Venceslao – secondo grande mercato di natale a Praga.Molti visitatori e residenti incontrati allo stesso posto
- Mercato di Havelska uno dei mercati piú vecchi a Praga. Mercato qui si trova tutto l´anno, e non solo a Natale, ma nel questo tempo ha atmosfera speciale e é vale a vedere.
- Namesti Republiky - Piazaa della Republicca - un altro mercato proprio nel centro, vicino al centro commerciale Kotva e vicino anche Palladium - il centro commerciale piú grande e piú nuovo alla Republicca Ceca.Altri mercati sono vicinissimi come Piazza Vecchia e Piazza di Venceslao.
- Namesti Miru - Piazza di pace - non proprio nel centro, ma facilmente raggiungibile col trasporto municipale - con la metropolitana o tram.Qui si trovano piú del posto come forestieri
- Holesovice Esposizione - mercato di natale fuori della cittá, ma con molti eventi divertente.
Mercati sono composti di piccoli campanni di legno, che vendono grande varietá di souvenir cechi, decorazione tipici per Natale e altri regali.Qui si possa anche mangiare o bevere prodotti tipici cechi come per esempio liquore di miele(medovina) o grog.
Betlehem presepio con il Bambino Gesú, Maria, Giuseppe e tre Re non si possa perdere al mercato di Natale.Ci sono anche altri spettacoli per adulti e bambini. Ogni anno é qualcosa nuovo alla Piazza Vecchia - per esempio pattinaggio da ghiaccio aperto o presentazione sculture di ghiaccio.Ma tutto l´anno si cantano qui fillastrocce, che fa l´atmosfera qui "piú natale".
